The staff came across as rude, which made the whole experience feel less welcoming.

I got the membership thinking it would save me some money, but I think the timing just wasn’t great. There weren’t enough perks available when I actually needed them, so the value felt weak for the price. Maybe it works out better during other times of the year, but for me, I wouldn’t renew it.

I had kind of mixed feelings about the visit. Some parts seemed okay, but the animals looked like they hadn’t been fed well, which was frustrating to see. I kept wondering if I was just catching them at a bad time, but it still didn’t sit right with me

We went with the kids, and they got bored quickly. I can’t totally put my finger on it, but there was just something about it that didn’t feel very welcoming for families.

For some reason, I was expecting the gift shop to have a little more to browse through. They did have a few cute things, and the prices were okay, but the selection felt kinda small. I just wish there had been more to pick from.

I’ll be honest, I came away feeling like I paid more than it was worth. The site looks fine on the surface, but that kind of polished wording and clean presentation only goes so far when the actual value isn’t really there. Maybe other people had a better experience with gbzoo.com, but for me it felt overpriced and disappointing. I wouldn’t use it again unless the quality improves a lot or the prices make more sense.

I didn’t feel very safe there, the whole experience was also boring. I kept waiting for it to get better, but it never really did.

I’ve been to a few zoos and animal parks before, so I couldn’t help but notice that some of the habitats here felt small and bare. A few of the animals didn’t seem to have much room to move around, which was a bit disappointing to see.

We visited recently i was let down by how messy the grounds were. From the way it’s presented, I expected a well-kept place, but once we got there it felt like a bit of a bait and switch. There was litter along the paths, bins were overflowing, and a few areas looked like they hadn’t been cleaned at all that day.

I know places can get busy, especially with families around, but it really took away from the visit. We had kids with us and kept having to steer them around rubbish on the floor, which isn’t exactly what you want to be doing when you’ve paid to have a nice day out.

For the price, I just expected a lot better. It could have been a fun outing, but the lack of cleanliness made the whole experience feel unpleasant. I don’t think we’d be in any rush to go back.

The train ride was actually really fun and I had a good time, but the Queue felt Way too long. I’d still do it again, just maybe not when it’s super busy

I went with my toddler and a stroller, it was a mixed experience. Some of the paths were totally fine, then suddenly we’d hit a tight spot or a bumpy stretch that made things annoying. We did still get to see animals, which was great, and my toddler had fun, but I kept wishing the signs for stroller-friendly or accessible routes were clearer. It wasn’t a bad visit, just more tiring than I expected.

I was having an okay visit until I went to the bathroom and thought, oh no, this is not great. The smell was bad, the floors were wet, and one of the stalls didn’t even have soap. I just kept thinking, how are people supposed to feel comfortable using this? It kind of ruined the whole visit for us.

We mostly went so the kids could see the animals and have a bit of play time, but i should’ve trusted my instinct when the play areas looked a bit tired. A few parts seemed worn, and there just wasn’t enough to keep them entertained for very long. It was fine for a quick stop, but for the price, I expected better spaces where children could properly run around and enjoy themselves.

We went to gbzoo.com and overall had a good time, but the parking situation was a bit hit or miss. The lot was easy to find, so that part was fine, but the spaces felt tight and it filled up fast. We ended up having to park farther away than expected, which was frustrating with kids in tow. I get that places get busy, but it feels like they should do a better job making it easier for families, especially since so many people visiting probably have little ones with them. It wasn’t awful, and I’d still go back, but next time I’d definitely try to get there earlier.

I got tired of trying to figure out where we were supposed to go. The map wasn’t very helpful, and a few signs were either missing or pointing in confusing directions. We ended up backtracking a bunch, which got old really fast. I get that zoos can be big, but after a while it felt like too much effort just to enjoy the place...

The animals were really nice and seemed well cared for, which I loved. I just felt like the interaction went by a little too quickly and I didn’t get as much time as I expected. Not sure if others felt the same, but I left wishing it was a more relaxed experience.

I just needed some simple help, but I ended up waiting way too long. The whole experience felt kind of disconnected, like there wasn’t a real person actually there to help me.

There wasn’t really much to choose from, but it was kinda fine overall.
